Explain the project closeout process for your team’s project in a 1,050- to 1,400-word paper.

Address the following:

  • How customer final approval will be received
  • Criteria to be met for the customer to agree that the project has been successfully completed
  • The lessons learned as the project is completed – What was done well? Assignments were given early.What could have been done better? Better deadlines could have been set- so that once someone submitted their portion- there would be time for that team member to fix their portion. Several times team members just submit a portion and never check back which leaves other members correcting their portion. More communication.
